Shipping Policy

At Campbell House, we aim to make receiving your purchase simple and transparent. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

Shipping & Delivery Included

Shipping or local delivery costs are included in the price of all purchases, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a custom order agreement.

Shipping Method

Orders may be shipped via standard carrier or delivered locally, depending on:

  • Item size and fragility

  • Delivery location

  • Order type

The method of fulfillment is determined at the discretion of Campbell House.

Local Delivery

For select locations, we offer local delivery at no additional cost. What qualifies as a “close” or local delivery area is determined solely by Campbell House based on distance and logistical considerations. If an address falls outside our designated local delivery area, the order will be shipped instead.

Delivery Timing

Delivery and shipping timeframes may vary depending on product availability, customization, and destination. Estimated timelines will be communicated when possible but are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Campbell House is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. But we will reach out if we notice any irregularities. 

Refund & Return Policy

At Campbell House, each item is thoughtfully curated with sustainability and craftsmanship in mind. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to:

  • Seed kits

  • Upcycled glass bottles turned into vases or planters

This policy is in place because many of our items are handmade, upcycled, or contain perishable components that cannot be resold once distributed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the damage is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Campbell House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
